Extraordinary Colour Expression and Brilliance – 450g
Contains ingredients that effectively reduce scalp stimulation and provide nutrients to the hair. It can quickly remove hair pigments and does not affect twice-dyed hair.
How to Use:
No need to wash hair. Use 1 bleaching powder + 6% double oxidiser, following a 1-2 mixing ratio. Mix and apply evenly. Apply the mixture from hair root to tips and leave for 45 minutes to reach 8 degrees of hair color. If the desired color has not shown after 45 minutes, use another pack of bleaching powder + 9% double oxidiser, following the mixing proportion. Mix and apply evenly. Leave for another 45 minutes. This could reach more than 9 degrees of the ideal hair color.
